The wool is available in 200g balls and the length is approximately 294 metres/321 yards. It is recommended that you use 5mm (UK 6 - US 8) knitting needles for a 10cm x 10cm (4" x 4") tension square of 18 stitches x 24 rows.
Made from 100% wool, this aran knitting yarn should be hand washed only and should not be tumble dried or ironed.
