For customers based in the UK, unwanted items may be returned to us if we are informed within 14 days of receipt, unless it is one of products listed below.   Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

We will refund the buyer for the item and the original delivery charge to the value of our cheapest postage option.  The customer is responsible for returning the item and for the cost of the return postage.  We also recommend getting “Proof of Postage” from the Post Office.

If the item is faulty please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk or call us on 01788 890966 to obtain a Returns Number.  We will reimburse the original costs and reasonable return postage costs up to a maximum of our delivery cost.

For Customers based outside the UK, we are able to offer a returns policy, but the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.  On receipt of the item we will refund the price of the item.   If the item is faulty or damaged please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk .

Please read all of the Product Description and Information to ensure that you are satisfied that you are ordering the correct item before committing to do so.  Please note that Knitting Patterns are instructions of how to knit the item in the image and not the actual finished garment.
